Sawubona "I See You" Festival 2025

A cultural celebration centered on Black wellness, healing, joy, and visibility through food, music, speakers, and community care.

The Sawubona Festival was a vibrant, all-day celebration uplifting Black identity, health equity, and community wellness. Meaning "I see you," Sawubona embodied the spirit of connection. Bringing together local artists, healers, health experts, and families for a joyful gathering full of storytelling, performances, healing circles, and wellness resources. Attendees engaged in interactive workshops, enjoyed live music and cultural food, and left feeling seen, supported, and celebrated.
